Position Summary

Missouri Cooperage seeks a detailed orientated and task-focused individual to work in the Quality Control department. The Quality Control role is vital to help ensure the products manufactured achieve the purpose and standards to meet individual customer specifications. In this role, Quality Control helps to accomplish these goals by performing test, collecting data, troubleshooting, and coordinating all activities necessary to maintain these quality standards and reliability of manufactured products. In this job, you will test, inspect, and document all product's at various stages, providing the suggestions or actions required to attain the best quality products.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Evaluating the company's product specifications and examining them with customer requirements.
  • Promote performance improvement and quality assurance programs throughout the organization.
  • Selects, test and measuring product at specific stages in the production process, tabulating the data relating product quality, materials
  • Maintaining and setting up documentation and control procedures.
  • Recommends modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability.
  • Monitor performance by collecting relevant information and preparing statistical reports.
  • Determining relevant quality associated training requirements and delivering training.
  • Collate and analyzing performance charts and data against defined parameters.
